Legal
Privacy Policy
Draft, for review. This policy reflects what this site actually does — the forms it shows and the data they collect. It is a working draft, not a finalized legal document, and will be reviewed with counsel before this site takes real production traffic.
What we collect
When you use the assessment, the Talk to Us form, or the Web3 contact track, we collect what you enter directly — name, business or project type, phone/WhatsApp number, Telegram handle, email, budget and currency where asked, and anything you write in a message field. We also automatically capture where the enquiry came from — the page you were on, the capability or industry page it was tied to, and, where present, UTM campaign parameters and the page that referred you. This is stored temporarily in your browser for the session so a form filled out later still reflects how you originally arrived, and is included with the enquiry when you submit one. We don't collect more than that.
How we use it
To respond to your enquiry, send an assessment breakdown if you request one, and follow up about the specific thing you asked about. The page-context data helps us understand what you're actually interested in so a reply doesn't start from zero. We don't sell contact data, and we don't use it to send anything you didn't ask for.
Messaging channels
If you provide a phone, WhatsApp number, or Telegram handle, we may use it to reply to your specific enquiry on that channel. We don't add numbers or handles to marketing lists without a clear opt-in.
Data retention
We keep enquiry data for as long as it's relevant to an active or potential engagement, and delete or anonymize it on request.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Direct contact details for making that request will be published here once finalized — see Contact in the meantime.
Cookies & analytics
We use Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, and Microsoft Clarity to understand how this site is actually used — which pages get visited, which buttons and links get clicked, and, through Clarity, anonymized recordings of on-page behavior like scrolling and clicks. This runs for every visitor; we don't currently show a cookie-consent prompt before it loads.
This data is about how the site performs, not about identifying you personally — it isn't linked to the contact details you might separately submit through a form. We don't currently run any advertising-tracking tools (like Meta Pixel or Google Ads conversion tracking); if that changes, this section will be updated first.
