Terms of Service

Draft, for review. These terms describe how engagements are intended to work, consistent with the rest of this site. They are a working draft, not a finalized legal document, and will be reviewed with counsel before this site takes real production traffic.

Engagements

Work is scoped and priced per project, in writing, before it starts — see Pricing. Ongoing work (SEO, ads, campaign management, support) is billed monthly and can be ended with notice, as agreed at the start of that engagement.

Ownership

Domains, hosting accounts, and custom code are yours — see Proof for the full ownership and exit terms. We don't hold your assets hostage if the relationship ends.

Confidentiality

Business and customer information shared with us during an engagement is treated as confidential and used only to deliver the work.
